Worst hosting I ever met. Been asked to provide my credentials to confirm the issue. Bought R9-KVM-VPS-S for 1 year in July 2024. It was pretty OK during first few months. Sometimes it was unreachable, but by a short time and not really often. By the end of the 2024 and in 2025 it become a mess. It become unreachable on daily basis, however I did nothing to get it back online. In March it went down and still down right now (March 3rd). Communication with tech support in just another level. At first, I reported the error in telegram, 1 hour later they answered "how can i help you?". I explained that my vm is down and nothing in control panel works, but they didn't answer at all. Then I made a ticket, they asked for my login and password!!! My vm is down, and they asked me to provide them my vm username and password. "to confirm the issue" they said.
Finally they suggested to wipe the machine. I asked about monthly backup and then agreeed. They disappeared and I didn't get any response afterwards. vm down for the 3rd day in a row. No explanation, no recovery.
