Not a good experience I did have a very good experience with the host at the starting months. But gradually, the performance of my VPS started decreasing Rapidly. I have bought 2 VPS, 8 Cores 32gb Ram. I have the CPU Benchmark tests which shows cpu was slowed down on the VMs. Overall performance remains quite unstable which may mean overcrowded vps nodes.
However, recently i have been experiencing extremely terrible performance, and despite of contacting the support many times, i got no reply.
The only reply which i have received is to opt in for another bigger and more expensive plan.
I have bought an 8 Core 32gb Ram VPS. Which is quite big and should be sufficient for my needs. But the CPU started lagging badly. After contacting support they told that Resource Overuse is there, whereas I was using only 5GBs of Ram and 40% of the CPU.
Now, at time of writing the review, the performance has dropped soo badly, that even running 'htop' or apt command takes atleast 5 minutes to just give an output. I have turned off Both the VPS as its no use to keep it running under these unusable conditions.
At this point, im basically being forced to buy their Reseller Grade VPS plans (Which i dont know would work good or not & are more expensive)
For now, i feel that this is the kind of host which treats well for the first months, and then doesnt give any thought about user satisfaction later on.
I hope I get a fix for this issue, if it improves, il surely increase my rating. Else il be really disappointed.
