hosting support team responded almost instantly. They are extremely quick wihth identifing the problem with my DNS configuration, fixed it within minutes, and they explained nicely when I asked what was wrong they explained the solution in simple terms cause I don't ow much. They didn’t just get my site back online, they made sure my domain hosting, email setup, and website performance were all running smoothly before closing the ticket then some of these plans are such a great steal i love them i also noticed they go to great levels to keep all the customers happen even cdns and free speed up site assist if it feels slow I love it and I hope pixellohost thrives compared to other hosting company's they are next level
