To evaluate the performance of Delta.BG, I decided to put my server through a series of tests using Sysbench, a popular benchmarking tool that measures CPU speed, memory performance, and disk I/O efficiency. Additionally, I conducted a network speed test to assess the server’s internet connectivity.
Sysbench is an industry-standard tool for testing how well a server handles intensive computational tasks, memory operations, and disk read/write speeds. It allows us to simulate real-world workloads, giving an accurate measure of how powerful the infrastructure is.
The results of these tests provide a clear picture of whether Delta.BG’s hosting services are suitable for demanding applications like databases, web hosting, and high-performance computing.
The CPU benchmark measures how efficiently the processor handles calculations. Specifically, this test involved calculating prime numbers up to 20,000 to evaluate the server’s processing power. A high events per second value and low latency indicate a strong CPU performance.
Results:

These results indicate that the CPU handles calculations efficiently, processing over 1,520 operations per second with minimal delay. The latency remains low, which means the server is responsive and well-optimized for tasks that require computational power, such as data processing, cloud computing, and high-performance web applications.
In practical terms, this performance level suggests that Delta.BG’s Cloud VPS is well-suited for hosting applications that require quick processing, such as AI workloads, streaming services, and database management.

This test confirms that Delta.BG’s network infrastructure is well-equipped to handle high-bandwidth applications, making it a great option for businesses that rely on fast and stable connectivity.
After running these benchmarks, it is clear that Delta.BG’s Cloud VPS performs exceptionally well in every category.
The combination of powerful CPUs, NVMe storage, and a high-speed network makes Delta.BG’s hosting services an excellent choice for businesses, developers, and enterprises looking for reliable cloud infrastructure.
When choosing a hosting provider, customer support is one of the most critical factors to consider. If something goes wrong with your server, having quick and reliable assistance can make all the difference.
To evaluate how well Delta.BG handles support requests, I tested their support ticket system and email support. Additionally, I explored their knowledge base to see if it provides useful self-help resources.
Delta.BG offers support tickets as one of their main channels for customer assistance. To test this, I navigated to the Support Tickets section from the dashboard’s left-hand menu.
In the tab that opened, I clicked on “Create New” to open a new ticket.

The ticket submission form required me to:
To test how quickly they respond, I submitted a simple technical question: Does my plan include automatic backups, or do I need to configure them manually? I sent this ticket at 8:20 AM.
By 8:39 AM, I had received a response. The reply confirmed that automatic backups are included in my plan, meaning I wouldn’t need to configure them manually.

This 19-minute response time was impressive, especially considering that some hosting providers take hours to respond to technical inquiries. The response itself was concise, clear, and directly answered my question. Overall, I found the support ticket system to be efficient and easy to use, with fast response times and a professional tone.
Email is another support channel Delta.BG offers. To test how well it works, I sent an email at 8:30 AM asking about their data center redundancy, network uptime guarantees, security measures, and whether they offer a money-back guarantee or a free trial.
I received a reply at 8:51 AM, just 21 minutes later, from a support representative who acknowledged my email. The response was polite and professional, but instead of answering my questions directly, they informed me that my inquiry had been forwarded to the Sales team, who would provide more detailed information later.

While I appreciated the quick acknowledgment, I would have preferred a more direct response to at least some of my questions. The fact that my email was passed along to another team meant that I had to wait longer for the actual information I was looking for.
If you’re looking for technical support, the email system seems fast and reliable. However, if you need sales or pre-sales information, expect a slight delay, as your inquiry may be forwarded to a different department.
For those who prefer to troubleshoot independently, Delta.BG provides a Knowledgebase. This section is located right next to Support Tickets in the dashboard’s left-hand menu.

Browsing through the Knowledgebase, I found articles covering basic server management, troubleshooting, and configuration guides. The content was well-structured, but it seemed somewhat limited in scope.
While there were helpful guides, it didn’t have in-depth tutorials on advanced configurations or troubleshooting common errors.

The Knowledgebase is useful for basic questions and setup instructions, but for more complex issues, you’ll likely need to contact support.
Delta.BG’s support system is efficient, fast, and professional. The support ticket response time was excellent, taking only 19 minutes, and the response was clear and helpful. Email support also responded quickly, but the actual information I requested was delayed because my inquiry was forwarded to another department.
The Knowledgebase is a useful resource for simple troubleshooting, but it could be expanded to cover more technical topics and advanced configurations.

When reviewing a hosting provider, ease of use is a critical factor. A complicated registration process or a confusing dashboard can make managing a server frustrating, especially for those who are not highly experienced with cloud hosting.
To evaluate Delta.BG’s ease of use, I tested the registration process, explored the dashboard, and assessed how easy it is to manage a server from the control panel.
I found the registration process to be straightforward. To begin, I went to the Delta.BG homepage and hovered over the “Services” tab in the top menu. From the dropdown list, I selected “Cloud Virtual Servers” because I wanted to test their cloud VPS hosting.

A dedicated server is a physical machine (bare metal) exclusively allocated to you, offering full control and isolated resources. Upgrading dedicated servers may require manual intervention. In contrast, cloud virtual servers are scalable virtual environments that allow for quick resource adjustments and are managed by the hosting provider.
Delta.BG uses a Tier 3+ class data center, which ensures high reliability and constant connectivity through independent internet and electricity providers. This setup guarantees uninterrupted access to projects and utilizes high-end equipment.
Delta.BG supports various operating systems for its dedicated servers, including AlmaLinux, CentOS, Debian, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, and Windows. Customers can choose the OS that best fits their requirements and also have the option to install a custom ISO.
The provisioning time depends on the server type. Predefined servers in stock are typically available within 10 minutes after ordering and payment. Access is usually granted within 2-3 business days for predefined servers that are out of stock. Fully customized servers may take up to two weeks for delivery after the order and payment are completed.
