Customer service is the worst. Customer service agents have zero knowledge in system administration. If you ask question, if they don't know the answer, they're more likely to reply with false information. They didn't even read my question properly.
I told them I cannot use an external SMTP server to send emails from the server and the funny thing is, they asked, if I'm using SMTP or PHP Mailer. I hope you understand.
I don't recommend Zircon Host at all. I only switched to Zircon Host because my client asks to. I generally use AWS EC2 instances.
