I manage a large infrastructure of 6000+ clients, and for the past few days, I have faced constant Packet Loss (reaching up to 8.2%) and pathetic Upload Speeds (as low as 5 Mbps on a 100 Mbps port). Despite multiple 'maintenance' attempts and 'node switching' by their team, the stability is zero.
While the team is polite in chat, politeness doesn't run a business—stable uptime does. It seems their infrastructure is not capable of handling professional-grade loads. I am now forced to migrate my entire 6000+ clients setup to another provider because of this inconsistency.
Final Verdict: Good for small, casual projects, but NOT recommended for serious professional use or large-scale connectivity. Use at your own risk if you value your uptime. 99.9% uptime is fake count.
Worst service provider in town with zero support. the company cannot even afford a contact number. I was wanting to create a new small website and had opted for 1GB space, where I was told that I would need to upgrade the package. They didn't even care to get this run for me.
Total waste of money, HORRIBLE SERVICE!! IT'S A NIGHTMARE, NEVER GO WITH THIS HOSTING PROVIDER, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIRD CLASS. They offer cheap hosting that's what their service is CHEAP!
Currently, I am using two website on this hosting . To start and build web site low cost is best for me . 2nd website has high traffic , Web eye soft team suggest with VPS . Now after VPS its very fast and can handle much traffic .

All Google reviews are like to be fake . I am trying to speak but no one pick up phone. every time I am calling and they cut my call. I have one question why they doing this.
