Features
Nice features at every price point

Their four shared hosting packages allow you to choose between Linux or Windows (except the lowest package, which is Linux only).

They do have a nice ticketing system that is monitored 24/7 and typically provide a very fast response time. They start out with a low cost entry level option and it moves up incrementally from there all the way to their dedicated or complex hosting packages.
