When searching for location like ohio for my company for running some automation exe there was a few option. Required the close location as exe was calling few local vendors API. After searching a little its good to find them as they provide very unique location like Munich in Germany, Ohio etc. Current running the server getting the good speed so satisfied. Will surely go with more location with them in future. Also comfortable with there support team and they really seems knowledgeable on configuration and installation on server.
Running an exe 24 hours require good uptime, enough storage and timely monitoring. For quite few time we are running couple of exe for sending messages for our clients and vendors. No major issue faced and few that were faced due to overloading some time got timely solutions. We had just started with testing the solution and continue with them. Their ticketing support does give quick response even if it take time for solution they do give us current status.
