Good quality hosting

From what I can tell this company offers very stable hosting.  They don’t have an uptime guarantee that I can find, but I also haven’t seen customers complaining about issues in this area. They do have 24/7 monitoring of all the hardware, which means they will likely identify any issues with your server before you even notice any problems.  From there they can either quickly replace problem hardware if there is an outage, or they can schedule a time to do it if the hardware is just taking errors or otherwise giving problems but the sites are still up.

Features

All the features you want but none you don’t need

TMS will make you the exact server that you want based on your specific instructions.  You can choose from AMD or Intel hardware.  You can choose from Windows, Linux, CentOS, and many other operating systems.  You can select the control panel you want, and you can install any software you would like on the server.  It is all completely up to you.

While this is certainly a great thing for many customers, it can also make hosting more difficult if you don’t really know what you’re doing well.  Their support is easy to work with, but you are really responsible for all the content that is put on the servers.

Support

Excellent support for what they are responsible for

Since this is an unmanaged hosting company, they don’t really provide the same type of support that you would find from other hosting providers.  If you are having software issues, for example, the chances are that they can’t help you.  For any hardware issues or other problems that they are responsible for, they do give fast responses with great solutions.  They give support over instant messenger, a ticketing system and email.  I didn’t see any live chat or phone options.

From what I can tell, they don’t offer any self-help options to their customers.  This is likely because the bulk of their customers will already be experienced webmasters and won’t need basic self-help tutorials.

Pricing

Custom pricing for dedicated servers

They really focus on providing higher end hosting on dedicated servers only, so they are going to be more expensive than most other types of hosting.  That being said, however, you will also get a better experience than you would get with most other companies.  The hosting prices start at around $99 per month, and go up from there based on your specific specifications.  You can choose only what you need, which will help to keep the prices more reasonable.

This company is clearly focused exclusively on those who know what they are doing with web hosting and just want to have their own server set up and housed in a nice data center.  While not for everyone, they do provide this service very well.
