My daughter was develop a website Call Aidswift for her scout president award. coding was written by herself with her knowledge and hosting was completed with guidance from Srilanka hosting team. they are asst all the time and finally it was completed sucessfully.
If you’re thinking about using SLT Mobitel hosting, my honest advice is don’t. This has been one of the most unprofessional and unreliable hosting services I’ve ever come across. Accounts get suspended at random without any warning, often for absurd reasons like “resource overuse” or “disk overuse,” even when you’re nowhere near the actual limits. The whole system feels broken and managed in a very amateurish way.
Customer support is no better slow, urgent ticket kept over 10hrs, but still no answer. no phone support, unhelpful, and at times even dismissive.
If you care about your website, your email, or your business, do yourself a favor and stay far away from SLT Mobitel hosting. It’s nothing but frustration and wasted time.
Poor service. Don't go to this product. If you purchase this they will never refund you if you ask the refund and they will tell different reasons. better to go recognized server providers than this 3rd class server provider.
