I renewed my domain on a delay of one month and I paid the renewal amount which was mentioned in the invoice but my domain is still not working. I raised the support ticket for this then they are saying you will need to pay the extra amount to continue the service.
I will recommend everyone please don't buy from them.

I am using shoutcoder from last 2 year. There support is not available maximum of time. Server down happen frequently. At last month they provide me Cpanel details after 13 days of my request. The worst hosting I've ever seen and Worse customer support.
After your data and website are fully famous, they will suspend your web data without information. Because they steal data, very bad team. Support ticket does not reply overall 10+ days, call not recieve. Worst service ever...
hosting is totally fantastic and high speed. sometime there support team will not available that's only the issue but overall with this cost i can surly stay here for long time.
its not a right company for hosting everything fake its showing 24*7 support but its not responding even when I try on whatsapp, on call(Support Number is not working) not responding
They never revert. Not just that, they do not give you upgraded stuffs. Whatever you ask, their answer is always a BIG NO. They give you outdated stuffs and 75-80% is free stuff, open source, for which they charge. They turn of most features in the pretext of security, rather than allowing security to the clients, they prefer to have the limit and access to themselves. Bunch of novices I say. They dot even know basic stuffs.
