Seems to be a bit of a scam in terms of not letting you cancel domain registry subscriptions and terrible customer service that is difficult and unresponsive.
I've only ever used Register365 for domain registration, never for hosting. Some control panels from other servers are terrible and completely counterintuitive. Register365 isn't bad (but not great either). Their customer service takes a long time to respond. I find it really annoying when a support ticket is closed by support without ever being resolved. Live chat support is the best form of support for this type of company, and I really think they should use it.
I only really use Register365 for registration of .ie domain, as there's not a huge number of options for .ie and i'm not bothered changing.
This is the worse service ever I have ever used. The average waiting time on-call is 25- 30 mines. Support People are very unfriendly. My website was taken offline that there is a threat of virus. I have called them 5 times and the issues not resolved yet in 2 weeks. Very slow response and long waiting calls and unprofessionalism shown by customer Care. I will not recommend this to anyone… Stay away from them
