I ordered a dedicated server from QHoster with a promised provisioning time of 5 days. It has now been over two weeks, and absolutely nothing has been delivered. No server, no real updates — just endless delays and empty excuses.
Support is beyond useless. Every reply is the same recycled “tomorrow” promise, with zero actual progress. They clearly have no intention of resolving the issue. On top of that, they flat-out refuse to issue a refund or offer any compensation. At this point, it looks like they simply took the money and walked away.
To make things even worse, they had no problem sending a new invoice for a service that doesn’t even exist. That says everything about how they operate.
QHoster is an absolute disaster of a hosting provider. They fail to deliver, ignore their responsibilities, and hold onto your money while providing nothing in return.
If you have something important to do then qhosters is definitely a place to avoid. They are controlled by mood swing and would destroy your work without and consideration or investigation.
I've heard plenty of complains about them. How they abuse their power as service provider among others. I recently have an encounter with them, it feels almost as if, they just lock you out because it gives them dopamine. I'd advise again, if you have anything important to do RUN from them. Use services llike AWS or Contabo.

I'm highly disappointed in you guys, i don't understand if you guys are trying to scam me of $39, after i registered an account, i could login once then no more, no email was sent to Activate my account, including email verification nothing was sent to my email, i paid on this account you guys should fixed my account and let me login.

I have to admit that I was a bit concerned about moving from a managed hosting environment to a shared server. But all my concerns and fears were unwarranted. Everything works fine: - network and server uptime, perfect), - speed connectivity is fast, - 24/7 customer support is helpful.

Must say that QHoster OpenVZ VPS web hosting service provided is excellent, including software provided, and personal customer support. Great service, good people. I was down for over an hour once, but they kept me informed about what was going on. Recommended!
The worst, most irresponsible, most immoral and unprofessional company I have ever seen, this company are literally thief! After a few days of shutting down their website, they have not responded to any of the messages and all our services are down! They did not even respond to emails, calls and Skype.
