Fineshare has always valued professional standards, but Namecheap’s recent behavior is anything but professional. They implemented a global freeze on our assets based on an interim ruling from India with ZERO prior notice. They have effectively turned into an extension of the Indian legal system. If any random lawyer in a foreign country files a suit, Namecheap will shut you down globally before you even know you’re being sued. This total lack of due process is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.
Namecheap provides cost-effective hosting services. As I am not too tech-savvy. Their control panel is very easy to use for beginners. Namecheap Hosting offers a solid foundation for all my websites. As per my observation till now, after Namecheap, I recommend you go with DedicatedCore and BlueHost. This one also offers such cost-effective services.
They locked me out of my account with several hundred dollars invested to them for the domain names without justifiable reason. The domain names are the same as my company, so my internet presence has become socially sanction. Now, I must sue in federal court for an injunction.

I used their service for past 6 years with different issues at different points of time. But managed somehow since i dreaded the thought of changing web and email hosting . A week back all my emails went missing. They kept on chanting the same thing in all support live chats and finally i got an email yesterday that they cant find it and have no back up of my emails. But i still can see that my storage space is the same . So its not lost, they are not putting an effort to find it from the correct server. They have been changing servers since i started hosting. Now they are not even responding to my email. My 6 years of communication with all clients have lost without a trace.
I don't know about their shared hosting but their VPS and Dedicated are horrible.

I regretted of even signing up with them. I have been providing hosting services locally with the help of my previous host for over 8 years with a great reputation. The first month i stayed with namecheap, the entire business collapsed because of bad services, over 70% of accounts on my server were deleted by their staffs and all they could say is sorry without restoring the content or account.

The only problem I have with Namecheap is their servers are located in the USA while my visitors are from the Middle East, so when testing my site on Gmetrix I get 1.4 seconds loading time in the Dallas, USA and 3 seconds in London, I suspect it's even worse where my actual visitors are located, Also the promo Commodo SSL certificate installed is from the UK, which makes the TTFB 650ms when tested on Bytecheck, consuming 400ms in SSL negotiation alone, I think they can partner with a SSL certificate issuer located close to their servers to improve this unnecessary delay. I purchased Premium DNS but noticed no significant improvement
