This company is a leader in providing web hosting and mobile solutions for individuals and businesses in and around India. They have been in business since 1999 and have a good reputation for all their services. They offer shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, domain name registration, colocation services and email hosting, making them a very diverse company.
The site is in English by default, which is quite nice and unexpected. The content is written well so that it is easy to understand. Overall, this seems to be a well run company that has a lot to offer for their customers.
You’ll get a standard uptime guarantee of 99.9% with this company. They seem to use high quality hardware on all their services, so you won’t likely have any issues. Their data center is quite nice with redundant power and network connections so there is no reason to expect any type of problem from that end either. As I looked through people who use this service on social media and other sites I didn’t really find any significant complaints of downtime or even slowness.
This company has a lot of different options to choose from. Whether you want shared, VPS, dedicated servers or something else, you’ll be able to pick from a number of different features within each one. They seem to have everything laid out nice and clearly, but with so many options it can still be confusing.
You can choose from Windows or Linux for the operating system, which are the two standard choices. You’ll also get generous disk space options, even at the lower levels. Bandwidth is unlimited at all levels, which is really nice. You also get Google Business Tools to help you make your site better. One down side is that you are only able to host a single site on most of their lower level packages. This is a limit many people won’t like.
The tech support is available through the phone or ticketing system and they seem to do a very nice job at addressing issues quickly and easily. Most people will be very happy with the overall level of service that they provide when it comes to technical support. They don’t have a knowledge base that I could find, or even a blog or FAQ to help you with simple questions. This would be a nice addition so people could be sure to get everything they need.
The prices are in the Indian Rupee, but once you translate them they are right in line with normal hosting options. They do offer some good discounts if you are willing to pay well in advance. They let you pay up to 5 years in advance, and get a 20% discount. I can’t imagine anyone will actually do this though. You also get a money back guarantee so you don’t have much to loose.
You’ll have plenty of options to choose from if you opt for this company. They have been in business for a while and do a good job serving people and businesses in India. Most people seem to be very happy with them so there is no need to think you’ll have any issues.
