Refund Delayed for Months, False Timelines & Pressure to Remove Reviews
I am sharing my real experience with HostFe.com, supported by written ticket records.
Cancellation was completed in December 2025
Refund amount INR 512 was confirmed by their support
I was repeatedly promised timelines like “4 days”, “7 working days”, “45 days”
Even after more than 6 months, the refund was not credited
Later, support claimed:
Gateway refund not possible due to time passed
Manual refund would take 20–30 more days
They demanded $1 per support reply, which is highly unethical
They threatened legal action if reviews were not removed, instead of resolving the refund
All communication is documented in their own ticket system. This shows misleading commitments, unjustified delays, and pressure tactics rather than customer support.
I am posting this review only to share facts and warn others. Please be very cautious before making payments.

Hostfe.com Not recommended - Deleted all my data suddenly
1) I don’t recommend HostFe.com, they have deleted all my data (10 hosted websites) suddenly. When I asked them, they said you don’t have backup plan. I am a migrated customer from DeleteZero (my original vendor), and wasn’t aware of plans. They are not responsible for your data. Neither helped in anyway. 2) Very unprofessional, rude, non supportive helpdesk. No customer care to talk, only through raising service request.
Even if someone has not backup plan with you, they cannot wipe out whole of the account data. Not recommended !!
As a new entrepreneur, I got some difficulties in host my website and to work on. This hostfe team helps me a lot to host my site and identify some of the major issues in script.
If you are a web developer or a company, do not take this just for the sake of money. You will loose your clients. Very bad service. One day i found no files in the system. Everything lost. They have no responsibility. All the good reviews are paid ones. Don't buy this service
