The company has low prices and fairly good service, which makes them a great choice for most people who just need basic hosting. I looked around their site and did not see any type of uptime guarantee. I also looked for actual users who may have talked about their experience and didn’t find anything of use their either. While they seem to have a nice hosting company, there just isn’t enough information to go on when evaluating the reliability. I don’t expect there would be any issues, but it sure would be nice if they had a guarantee or something to ease any worries.

The lowest level is limited to 1 gig disk space and 10 gigs bandwidth, which is reasonable. They also limit you to 5 email addresses, which is a bit low. As you move up to the higher end hosting option you’ll get unlimited everything, The middle and high end package also include a free domain name, so that is really nice.
Included with your package is the cPanel system, WHM, easy installation scripts, and some other nice options. You’ll also get some marketing tools like $100 Google AdWords credit if you opt for the highest end hosting option they offer. For most people, this company has everything you’ll need and a little more.
The tech support seems to be quite nice. They don’t provide enough information about it though. You can use their ticketing system to get assistance and from what I can tell they are there on site 24/7. They also have a nice knowledge base to review if you want to learn more about their services or perform any type of self-help.
The base level pricing starts at $1.80 per month and goes up to $17.40 for the highest end. You can save money by paying annually too, which is fairly standard. One really nice thing is that for the first year, you get the first three months for free. This can help you to get everything up and running quickly and easily so you know that it will work out before really investing too much into the site.
If you’re looking for hosting for a personal blog or small business page, this company can meet your needs. They are located in the US, which many people will like.
