So i am writing my 6 months experience with hostcycle, So I've been using there services for last 6 months and to be honest their pricing is very cheap i mean it is very tough to find a reliable provider with cheap pricing and there servers are located on Germany so i never find any issues with speed and latency. One thing i must say for better support you might need to contact them on WhatsApp.
Extremely Untrustworthy Web Hosting and Domain Service
I purchased a domain (degmark.com) from hostcycle.in. As the domain was about to expire, I renewed it — but they increased the renewal price without any prior notification.
When I requested the EPP code to transfer my domain, they provided an expired EPP code. It’s been less than 30 days since the domain expired, and according to domain regulations, the registrar is obligated to provide a valid EPP code within this period. However, they are refusing to do so.
I have collected all screenshots and proof and will be raising a complaint in the consumer court regarding this issue.

This client purchased reseller hosting and due date was on 2 December 2023. Although we have sent 5 reminders for renewal but still we didn't get any confirmation/payment for hosting. Moreover on 17th December, we decided to terminated his account after termination this user started complaining us on 23 December and asking why we have terminated his service and saying us on call, if we don't reactivate his service then he will put negative review on our profile which he did. Later on we also shows the terms and conditions where we have mentioned once service is terminated then there is no possibility to reactivate it. However this user started blackmailing by saying he will put negative reviews on serval platforms. Hope we have cleared all the doubts.
