These people play dangerous game with there clients, first few months, they give you good service & support, one you start trusting them & relying on them, they show there real face. Start demanding more money on account of upgradation, if you resist they shut your services and make you hostile for the data backup. So you have to pay them as per there wishes. Once you pay, again will give a month or so, and again the same drama will start, server crash, no response to you calls, no response to you mails or tickets, in short you have to wind up the setup & suicide. So the choice is your, either be a slave or just put some extra bucks and go for some reliable solution provider.

Since last 7 months, these people have made my life mizreble. Out 7 months, gave just 1 months service, and from past 4-5 months, everything is DEAD. When called, don't take call, when raised a ticket, put it on hold, raised new ticket, merge it with old one & put ticket on hold. Worst service provider, I have come across in my 20 years of carrier.
