Three of my customers websites went down unexpectedly
Tried looking into the website issues myself, control panel said too many resources used. Contacted support but now first contact is an overseas call centre which are no help. Waited 3 days without any response so have moved all websites to Cloudways, will also move domain names as Freeparking are now both expensive and useless to deal with. Their web hosting performance was substanded running on outed equipment with obsolete versions of linux. Now four of my customers are running on a single small new host and are considerably faster on Cloudways. Would definitely not recommend anymore.

I wouldn't recommend
They hold your website for Ransome if you miss a payment that they messed up on then tell you you have to pay $$$$ to get it back.
The webhosting is not user friendly.
Wanted to support a NZ business. Wish I never bothered.
