Hello Pieter, Thank you for your feedback. I have reviewed your account and see that we have responded to all tickets submitted in a timely manner. Your domain expired on 17th January, however, we only received payment on 4th Feb for renewal. This is unfortunately 10 days after the grace period offered by ZACR for co.za domains as stated in the expiry reminder emails.
