This company provides you with a set uptime guarantee based on the package you choose.  If the site drops below that point, they will compensate you for any time you are down.  This is one of the better and easier uptime guarantees out there.  Fortunately, however, thanks to their quality data center and hardware, the chances are you won’t really need to use the uptime guarantee at all.  They do a great job at keeping your site up and running at all times.

Features

Fairly Standard Hosting Features

The features that come in each of the packages with this company are all pretty much standard for hosting.  They have an entry level shared hosting with 1 gig of disk space and 10 gigs of bandwidth.  For shared options this goes up to 10 gigs of disk space and 100 gigs of bandwidth for their ‘pro’ package.  These limits aren’t too low, but they certainly aren’t the highest I’ve seen either.

You will get cPanel with all your hosting packages, which is nice since that is the most in demand control panel software out there.  You also have access to the 1 click installation tools and other standard hosting options.

If you want a VPS hosting solution, they have both Windows and Free VPS for the operating system. The limits are quite high with all their VPS options and they offer the option to buy additional IP addresses if you need them.  They also guarantee you a set amount of CPU cycles for your site to ensure you have a fast and responsive page.

Support

Limited Information Available

Their site only has a limited amount of information available for the support they provide.  They do say that it is open 24/7 and they have a phone number listed, but that is about all they have.  It would be nice to have a knowledge base, a blog or a FAQ to answer some questions.  Even more information about the support team itself would be helpful.

Pricing

Reasonable Pricing

All the pricing is in the currency of Pakistan so it might be a little confusing at first if you don’t live in that country.  Once you put it through a converter, however, it is easy to see that the prices are in line with what most other hosting providers will charge.  For what you’re getting, the prices are quite good really.

Summary

Overall Great Hosting

If you want hosting in Pakistan, I see no reason why you should’t give this company a try.  The only issue I’ve really noticed is that they don’t have dedicated servers so if you need that levle of hosting, you’ll need to go somewhere else.  For the most part, however, they do a great job with what they do and you should be quite happy with them.
