Hi had amazing value for money, I mean where else can you get a professional designed website for £99. I have 2 at t he moment as run two small businesses and I have nothing but praise for the work these guys do, always checking up on my websites to make sure they are running ok and if I need to add anything.
I was also called non stop and when I became suspicious they refused a refund. Saw the terrible on-line reviews and wanted OUT. I am taking them to court and they are actually trying to defend themselves LOL. Anyone who would like to appear as a witness please get in touch. I would request a group claim but it is too late I think. Score actualy zero
As the Sales Manager here at Easyweb, I have been with the company for over 12 years. All of our websites are built to the highest standard and we have many happy customers. Understandably we have customers who do not have the time to provide us with the information, so as a good will we use information online to build the site and provide a proof. We never refuse a refund unless there is absolutely no reason give one. We very rarely have anyone unhappy requesting a refund. I paid for website and advertise since early October and till now all I have is a website and nothing else they said nothing can be done unless we wait for google to rank my website number 1 before anything else can be done. So almost £2000 paid and my business has been on hold till Now
I purchased a website recently from Easyweb...they could not have been more helpful!!! They understood exactly what I needed for my plumbing company and so far thing s seem to be working well.
STAY CLEAR OF EASY-WEB I was called non-stop by a well spoken chap called Steve every day, 3 - 4 times a day. Then by another chap. Complete con. was told that the website would be designed and was mine to keep. they would get the domain name and everything. sent me examples etc.... Paid £150 as they would not stop pestering me. Now, since taking the money, No response from 'Steve', told that I should transfer the domain names I purchased to them (NO CHANCE), and that every year I would have to pay them to keep the website. I suppose I was lukcy that I only paid £150 but this company is a con. STAY CLEAR,

I paid £99 for website that was ok , they then wanted another £100 to put it on google which I paid , This company is a con they ask for money and do not do what they say ,It dosnt cost anything to put your name on Google , They then ring you wanting more money for things they don't do , THIS IS A VERY BAD COMPANY I wish I could award them 0 but I cant
