Dimofinf.net has been offering hosting services, as well as other IT services, since 1998. They are headquartered in the Middle East, but they have a data center in Europe, which makes them an interesting option for those looking to get hosting. They say that they were the first hosting company in the region, and that they are the largest hosting provider to people in the Middle East. While I was not able to independently verify this claim, it does seem to be true.
Their website is very well done. One thing that really stands out to me is that they have multiple different language options available and they all seem to be properly made. Most sites that use multiple languages just have Google Translate take care of it, which leaves a very hard to understand site. This one looks like they actually had the content written professionally for each language.
I was unable to find an uptime guarantee on their site, which is always a little bit of a concern. From what I can tell based on their data center and the type of hardware they use, however, it does not seem like there will be any significant issues with outages or other reliability problems. I looked for current and former customers, and didn’t see anyone complaining about frequent outages either, which is a good sign.
This is not just a hosting company. They also provide a wide range of other great web focused services. They have their own content management system, which appears to be well made. They also do full backup services and SSL certificates. Their main focus, however, is their hosting. In that area they have shared hosting, cloud hosting, dedicated servers and more. You can also register a new domain through this company.
When you look at the hosting options you will see that they do have all the different options you would want. Their hosting packages come with unlimited disk space, bandwidth, email addresses and more. There is really nothing that is missing that you’ll need for running your site.
This company has plenty of options to get in touch with tech support (or sales for that matter). You can use their live chat options, submit a ticket or shoot them an email. Once you get in touch with them, they are more than qualified to fix just about any type of problem you might be having. There is really nothing to complain about when it comes to their support options.
Unfortunately, I didn’t see any FAQ or knowledge base, which is something most hosting providers are offering these days. They do have a blog with some nice features, but that is about it.
The hosting can start as low as $2.50 per month, but only if you opt for the 3 year contract. For monthly options it is more expensive, but still right in line with what most other companies are offering. Of course, the price for hosting goes up as the level of the package goes up. All their options, however, seem to be right in line with what the industry normally charges.
You’ll get free site transfers, a 30-day money back guarantee and more included when you sign up for their hosting.
The bottom line with this company is that there is nothing really to be concerned about. They really do seem to offer a nice hosting service at a fair price. If you are looking for a company based in the middle east, with the data center in Amsterdam, this is a nice company to choose. They have plenty of nice features and room to grow your site.
