De mult folosesc serviciile lor, încă de când erau TLH, dar de când s-au transformat în "Cyber Folks" tot dublează prețul facturilor. Inițial am cumpărat un serviciu la 59 de euro, iar acum factura este de 74 de euro. Când intru pe pagina lor la servici..., pot să fac o comandă nouă pentru același serviciu la 48 de euro. Este incredibil.
Și asta am făcut: am anulat prin suport facturile „proforme” umflate, le-am spus că nu le mai plătesc și să anuleze și pachetul, și am cumpărat un pachet nou pentru 48 de euro. De ce să plătesc o factură umflată, care depășește 70 de euro, dacă pot cumpăra serviciul din nou cu 48 de euro?
Chiar și pe dashboard, la servicii, scrie că serviciul vechi era de 59 de euro lunar, dar când deschid factura, aceasta este de fapt de 74 de euro. Aveți mare grijă când primiți facturile lor.
Platesc deja 200 de euro pe luna pentru un server, plus taxe suplimentare pentru backup-uri zilnice. Cand am cerut ajutor pentru restabilirea unui backup – un serviciu pe care deja il platesc – mi-au spus ca trebuie sa platesc inca 30 de euro si sa astept cel putin o luna pentru a primi asistenta. Este nedrept si frustrant sa fiu pus sa platesc in plus pentru ceva care ar trebui sa fie inclus in costurile mele actuale. Ca sa intelegeti mai bine, pe langa cei 1000 RON lunar, trebuie sa mai platesc 30 de euro si sa astept o luna ca sa beneficiez de un serviciu pentru care deja platesc. Va rog sa cititi si sa reflectati asupra situatiei absurde in care ma pun.

When they were MxHost, everything was ok. After they became cyber host, the prices have more than doubled, plus, they have imposed new taxes on services than were not payed before (like Fixed IP), whithout offering the option to remove the option from the control panel. I had to call user support and send mails just to remove the option I did not need.
they do not have enough backup services - including internet. the whole network fails for hours, several times, because of the 'internet'. this should not happen, not at this level, where they are selling dedicated servers. we have clients, we can't tell them 'the internet is gone' when their internet (even local internet of the datacenter area is working). this is not acceptable, their entire website fails as well. as I type this their entire network, website and my server are down
