Sharing my own experience with Colocation America Dedicated Server Hosting Service!
I truly would like to share my experience being a dedicated server customer with Colocation America, especially Mr. Albert and his team for their outstanding service I am receiving for many years!
We have had over 3 racks with Colocation America in their Los Angeles colocation data center and a full rack in their Weehawken, New Jersey colocation for our failover. Everything from their uptime down to their staff has been fantastic. Its a sincere pleasure doing business with Colocation America as we are looking forward to growing with them.
After a few months of research and going back-and-forth with salespeople, I finally settled on Colocation America about two years ago for a dedicated server I needed for my company. One of the main reasons I chose Colocation America over some others is because of the salesperson, Albert, who met all my needs and answered all my questions in a timely and succinct manner. Albert has been with me ever since and always checks in to see if there's anything else I need and to make sure I'm happy with my service. I've never had a second of downtime and the bandwidth is always there whenever I need to do a little more laborious work. Oftentimes I don't even remember my server is being hosted somewhere because of the realibility—something I didn't have with some previous hosts. I also had to scale about a year ago and the process went smoothly and headache-free. I would recommend Colocation America for any dedicated server need. The cost-to-service quality is unmatched in my opinion. This really didn't affect me, personally, but I did notice that some features that other hosting companies offer, were not listed on Colocation America's site, but Albert did assure me that they will find a way to make any set up work, so just ask!
