Although the issue wasn’t resolved immediately, it was fixed within 24 hours. The support team is very responsive and helpful. I really liked their service.

I honestly regret choosing this hosting provider. My VPS goes down multiple times a day, and it's impossible to get any real help. On top of that, their support is painfully slow. I have to wait 2 days just to get a reply, and even then, nothing gets resolved. Despite repeated promises, I still haven’t received the replacement VPS.
If you’re looking for reliable service or timely support, look elsewhere. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any provider.
