You’ll get good quality hosting from this company and you shouldn’t have to worry about down time or other types of slowdowns or outages.  They do a good job at balancing stability with good pricing.  The company has been in business for over 10 years, and I only found a few negative comments about the stability of their hosting.  They offer a nice 30 day monty back guarantee so if you are not happy with the stability of the hosting you get, you can cancel any time.  Their tech support is also good so if you do have issues, they will fix tehm fast.

Standards Hosting Features

Not too much that sets this company apart from the many other hosting providers around.  They have several hosting packages to choose from.  The lower level options have limits on disk space and data transfer, but when you move up to a higher option these limits are gone.  They do limit you to between one and five domains on a hosting package for their shared hosting, which is unfortunate.  Other than that, however, they provide you with everything you need including cPanel, web mail, a nice website builder and more.  They also provide you with a free domain if you’re a new customer.

The tech support seems to do a good job.  When researching their service I found that people tend to be quite happy with the overall level of technical support they got.  You can get in touch with them 24/7 via phone or ticketing.  They only offer live chat for sales support though.  Their site has a nice blog on it with some very useful information so you can learn about their services any time you would like.

The pricing with this company is right in line with what you would expect from any other hosting provider.  They start as low as $2.95 per month, but that is for the entry level hosting option and only if you pay for three years at a time.  The prices go up from there, but they are reasonable no matter which hosting solution you choose.  They do have some nice extras like the site builder, which is included in all packages, that can make this a very nice hosting option for the price.

The hosting you’ll get with this company should be fine for most normal sites.  They aren’t missing anything important when it comes to features and while I didn’t see an uptime guarantee, they do provide good support and very few people complained of any outages so you won’t likely have any issues.
