We have been using their services for a while. Our e-mails and domain are going down all of a sudden without any notice, any apology, or any information. 2 times in the same week, our whole corporate e-mails went down, and the first one last for 4 days. We get no explanation and no timeline other than their saying "we are performing emergency maintenance". This is totally unacceptable. They do not know anything about professionalism. Call center is only accessible during US working hours. Live chat is NOT LIVE, you have to leave a message!!! And when you are even able to chat by chance, all you get is "We are performing maintenancae".
