Can you tell us a bit more about the history of WevrLabs? When it was founded?

was first founded in late 2014 as a small design and marketing agency.  We then entered the web and hosting industry a few years later late in 2018.  WevrLabs started with two team members splitting duties, where I took care of customers and support and other business aspects, while my partner oversaw platform and infrastructure.

What were the challenges that you faced at the beginning?

As with every new company,

had its ups and downs during the beginning,  with low sales numbers and struggles to attract new customers. But a few months later,  we were able to overcome all of this, and then it just took off!

We are almost in the middle of 2021. How is your business moving at the moment?

Things are going pretty well for us, and our customer base is growing rapidly. I think one of the things that best contributed to this growth, is HostAdvice platform, as it gave us the opportunity to showcase our offerings, and also help highlight some of our users’ experiences and share them with the world.

What are your main products and services?

We offer the basic set of web solutions for consumers and individuals, with shared hosting services being the most common of all. We also offer domain registration services, shared hosting plans for business websites, and VPS servers for devs and those who wish to have freedom over their apps environment.

Looking through the eye of the customer, what do you think is the most important thing for a hosting provider? What should every customer look at first?

Customer care is one of the most important aspects while running any kind of business, which is why it’s the main reason that motivated us to work hard and strive to deliver an exemplary customer care experience for our clients.

We provide numerous contact channels, from tickets, live chat, email, Facebook,  Twitter, and more.

What do you hope to accomplish in 2021, and what are your plans for 2022?

We are hoping to launch our new Managed VPS services by the end of 2021, as we saw a great demand for this area from our customers.

We have some big plans for the near future and the year 2022 in particular, starting by focusing more on developing our Affiliate Program, and plans to launch our new  Managed WordPress Services, where we lift the headache of managing the infrastructure, by taking care of the client’s website, allowing them to put more focus and time in developing and growing their business.

How has the Covid-19 pandemic has affected your business? Do you think that this pandemic affected the hosting industry in general?

Unlike a lot of businesses, the pandemic year (2020) had a positive impact on our growth and development, and I think it’s the same for the hosting industry in general since most businesses saw the great potential of e-commerce solutions and were attracted by the numerous benefits taking their work online.

What are the top 5 reasons that customers should pick over other hosting companies?

We are able to offer competitive pricing for our services, combined with unique and robust performance. In addition to that, we provide a simple unified dashboard to make it easy for the client to keep track of their services and billings.

Communication is key, that’s why we are present in a wide range of platforms to ease the process of getting in touch with us, and to allow us to establish a more user-friendly experience for our customers. In addition to essential communication means (live chat, email, and tickets), we are also present on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,  and Telegram.

What is the next level that you like to move your company to? Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

goal is to be the destination for consumers when it comes to essential hosting and web solutions needs, we believe that everyone should be able to establish their online presence with just a few clicks, and that’s why we work hard every day towards this goal by simplifying the process of ordering and setting up hosting for users.

What advice you would give our readers about picking the right hosting provider?

When it comes to picking the right hosting, there are some essential factors to take into consideration, starting with investigating real-world reviews about the respective hosting provider, these can be the greatest aid in forming a general idea about whether it’s a good fit or not. Other factors include good monthly uptime metrics, transparent pricing, and of course good customer care.
