How long has IndedMedia been on the market? What are the beginnings?
was born in November 2007, but was only providing direct services for business, in 2011 was launched our website to get services to the entire world. Just this November we will celebrate our 10th anniversary.Indedmedia was born from the need to provide services in a different way. Before launching our services, we were clients of hosting companies, and we were aware of the deficiencies of most companies, especially in terms of support. That is why we decided to launch ourselves to the market offering a human and close support, which is precisely what makes clients continue with us. They have accompanied us since we launched our website for the first time in 2011.
What was the most challenging thing when you were starting?
I think the hardest thing was to be competitive in the market. There are a lot of hosting companies and many of them are good companies, so … appearing as a new company and gaining trust with visitors was not an easy job at first…
Suddenly, after our first 20 clients and 6 months later (without advertising campaigns) it was surprising when we saw that new clients started to arrive every month … and it was all because the first clients were recommending us to their friends. The feeling that things were going well was a great satisfaction.

The main products or services are hosting, VPS and dedicated servers, we have other products but the most important are these 3 branches,
We noticed on your website that you now accept payment in Bitcoin. What is your opinion about this and do you think that this is the future for online payment?
Well. I’m not sure if Bitcoin and Blockchain would be the future of payments, but it is obvious that something is changing in the world. For people who do not understand what Bitcoin means, I recommend checking the information about the project, why it was created and what is the purpose. It is not just a cryptocurrency that you can speculate with or make money with, that is not the real purpose, we need to understand how money moves in the world and why Bitcoin will change this.
I think it’s time for ordinary people to take the bull by the horns and say ENOUGH, enough for the banks to ruin us, enough for needing third parties to control our financial assets and enough to use money that has not been backed by anything for a long time
Governments print the money as if they were printing the shopping list, this devalues the currency and impoverishes and indents the countries. With Bitcoin this does not happen.
I’m sorry but when I talk about this topic I get upset :), it is very unfair.
The most important thing for every company is its customers and their satisfaction. How is handling customer satisfaction?
Fortunately, we can say that all of our clients are satisfied clients since we spend a lot of time understanding them, listening to them and knowing what problems they encounter.
We treat each client with the attention they deserve.
Your website is in Spanish. What are the markets that you are covering at the moment? Are there any plans for expanding in other markets as well?
We have customers all over the world. It’s true that maybe we need to translate our site, but we have customers from lots of countries.
2021 is almost in its half. What are your plans for the rest of the year?
For this year we are planning to change all our websites and maybe hosting plans will be modified, also we are incorporating VPS in KVM with windows possibility.
There are new products and services in the hosting industry all the time. What are your plans for introducing new technologies to your customers?
At this time, we prefer to focus on what we have, since it is important to always offer the best possible service. We are not in the stage of incorporating new solutions, although we never close ourselves to new possibilities.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
At the moment these first 10 years have been very profitable and we have accrued more than we expected, in the next 10 years we will settle for following the good pace that we have right now.
