What is the story behind VizConn? How long have you been on the market?

We started out as an IT firm in 2010, and we started offering web hosting in 2014 to help SMEs build their online presence at an affordable cost. Today, we power thousands of websites, among them the official websites of some INC5000 companies.

We can see you are offering web hosting services, but also online marketing services. What are your top products and services?

Cloud CMS (Content Management System) is the best-selling product in our IT vertical, followed by Web Hosting and our Cloud HMS (Hotel Management System). The best-selling product in our digital marketing vertical is Ecommerce Marketplace Management (Amazon, Walmart).

What are the top 5 things that make VizConn different from the competitors?

  1. We provide dedicated support, which includes an account manager for each account.
  2. The account manager serves as the client’s digital consultant and provides expert analysis on how the client can leverage the power of technology to stimulate growth.
  3. We are the ideal digital partner for SMEs since we can assist them in reducing IT costs through consultation, hosting, development, and digital marketing.
  4. We regularly update and upgrade our technology and platforms to stay on top of the competition. In addition, we introduce new cloud products and modules that are industry-specific and give our clients in those segments a competitive edge.
  5. Our company was founded in 2010 and has grown over the years. Today, we offer a broad range of cloud products, Web Hosting, and Digital Marketing services. We have an in-house team of highly qualified and vetted employees who can build complex websites, landing pages, and applications as well as manage digital campaigns to improve advertising ROI.

In your opinion, what is the most important thing for one hosting provider?

Our number 1 priority is providing an uninterruptible hosting service at a reasonable, transparent price. Even when most hosting companies increased their pricing citing the change in cPanel’s business model which impacted almost every hosting provider, our pricing has not changed for the last three years.

Can you tell us a bit more about how VizConn is handling customer satisfaction? Why is customer satisfaction important for the success of one company?

Our dedicated account managers are in touch with the customers at regular intervals based on the client’s preference. It is very important for us to relate to our customers’ questions & feedback to offer them a tailored service that assists their business growth. Along with our usual support channels, we also provide WhatsApp and Skype to deal with issues more quickly.

What happens when a huge surge of traffic occurs? How is VizConn is making sure that the speed of the websites of its customers is unchanged?

Our servers are well-suited to enable caching, file optimization, and content delivery networks. For sites that face frequent traffic surges, we offer custom plans with load balancing and managed database solutions.

What new products and technologies VizConn is interested in introducing to the customers soon?

We started offering fully managed WordPress (WP) hosting to select clients last year and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. We will be introducing our fully managed WP hosting plans on our website later this year. In addition to this, we are developing a DIY website builder and a social reach tool that will be released in 2023.

We mentioned that you operate from India. What other countries are you currently active in as a company? What are your plans for expanding in other countries?

VizConn’s clients can choose from datacenters in 3 countries (United States, Singapore, and India) to host their website or web application. Our client base is primarily from outside India. We plan to introduce two new data center options later this year: Europe and Australia.

Has the hosting industry changed a lot over the years? What are your expectations for the future?

Given the fact that green hosting and fully managed hosting have already begun to gain traction in the last few years, we anticipate a growth of these services this decade.
