What is the story behind the Da-Manager? Where did it all begin?
was founded in 2014 in the United Kingdom as a Digital Agency. At the time of founding Da-Manager, we were providing website design, development, and marketing services. We had a total number of two staff at the time of creation who multitasked to meet the demands of clients. Upon successful completion of a project, our clients will ask to recommend a better hosting provider with good support. However, after facing bad experiences with most hosting providers in the market, we decided to start our hosting service. Like every new start-up company,
has its fair challenges of setbacks at the beginning stage. DaManager is a bootstrapped company, meaning we haven’t taken outside funding. It was built by reinvesting virtually all the revenue it generated the first few years, and this meant long nights staying up answering tickets, live chats, web design, and monitoring servers myself. In summary, I will say we faced many problems, many challenges, Some of them are hard to do, others are easy. But thankfully we have built a family amongst our managers who have made this possible. Many customers are having problems understanding what service is the best for their website. How is your approach with them?
Firstly, we will delegate a team member or two to have a strategic conversation with the client to find out what their project entails and its goal. Secondly, our delegated team members will propose a feasible working solution plan tailored to suit the website’s needs for the best optimal performance. Finally, the delegated team members who attended to such clients will send their reports to the appropriate board and a proposal will be sent to the client to close the deal.
What do you think is the most important thing that any hosting provider needs to have to be successful?
We believe the most important features a hosting provider can have to be successful are hosting reliability, speed, security, and quality support system for their clients.
Many new trends and technologies are changing the hosting industry all the time. What is your opinion about some new technologies that will come out in the following period?
Change is a continuous strategy towards success and the hosting industry is not exempted. Several new technologies are emerging for numerous purposes. At , we will make use of the new technologies that are peculiar in facilitating our services more effectively and efficiently.
Our customers certainly will see new technologies coming from Da-Manager in the near future, though we’ll be patient and see what exactly these new technologies will be, its’ life span, and how beneficial they will be to our customers before putting it out there.
Almost half of 2021 passed. What are your plans for the second half and 2022 in terms of expansion?
We plan to expand our business to gain more dominance in our niche and subsequently become a go-to global footprint that solves hosting problems with ease and is super-fast for people globally who require such services at an affordable price possible.
Where do you see the Da-Manager in the next 10 years?
Covid19 has made businesses realize that cloud computing is a must and it has become the first choice due to the digital transformation shift. The internet is moving fast so predicting is difficult.
