So far, I have had a pleasant experience with ResellerClub. But, now, I’ve come to the most important part of my ResellerClub brand review – the performance and reliability. ResellerClub provides standard customer support via email, phone, and live chat. They guarantee that their agents are available 24/7 and that they are knowledgeable, but from my personal experience, it might not be like that. In order to get support, you should just log into your dashboard and select which topic you’d like to discuss.

In terms of live chat, their ‘live chat’ feature seems to be offline all the time. Even when they respond, they are not sure how to fix your issue or where to direct you. I also waited more than 10 minutes for an answer, and in the end, they couldn’t answer me. However, they are friendly and want to help you, so with this, they made up for the bit weaker support.

On the other hand, the Knowledge Base can be more helpful as it is divided into categories, and you can also search for your issue. In the Knowledge Base, you can get a solution to your problem more easily.

What’s more, you can connect to an agent by directly calling them.

As you can see, there are three phone numbers – an Indian, an American, and an English one. Unfortunately, I’ve read that this customer support option is not efficient, as they never answer.

Once you get into your ResellerClub account and log in to the cPanel, you will see this dashboard.

More precisely, in the cPanel main menu, you will have access to:

In the top right corner, you can have a look at your account settings, such as your username. There, you can change your password, your language, style, etc. The best part is that it can all be reset with a single click.

On the left side of the screen, you can see a sidebar that includes ‘Home,’ statistics like file transfers, email account numbers, domain names, etc., commonly used links, an overview of bandwidth & disk space, and user management to add/ remove users email accounts, manage who has access to FTP, etc.

Updating Contact Information

If you want to update any contact information, you should click on the dropdown menu, which is next to your username. Then, click on  ‘Contact Information,’ and you’ll get to this screen.

You will see a whole list of preferences that, if you tick, you’ll get notifications about them. In the end, you should just click ‘Save.’

Changing Password

To change your password, you need to click on ‘Password & Security.’ First, you need to enter your old password and then create a new one.

Domains

In the ‘Domain’ section, the users can add or remove a domain. Yes, you can host more domains within the same cPanel. Isn’t it great?

If you want to add a new domain, click on ‘Addon Domains.’
