No matter which hosting package you choose you will undoubtedly have a very stable service.  They use high quality hardware and all their data centers use redundant power sources and network connections to help eliminate the risk of downtime.  The hardware is also configured with solid state drives and RAID configurations, both of which help to reduce the risk of an outage.  The bottom line is you will almost certainly not have any problems when it comes to the stability of your site.  When looking at what users had to say about the stability of Provisov I didn’t find anyone complaining, which is an excellent sign.

Very Nice Feature Lists

Looking through the feature lists for all their hosting packages you will see that they have a lot to offer.  Starting with shared hosting they allow generous amounts of disk space, all of which is on solid state drives.  This helps to ensure stability and also speed for your site.  They don’t limit how much bandwidth you can use and while they do limit databases on the first two package levels, the rest are unlimited.

When you move up to VPS solutions you’ll see several different options to choose from here too.  The prices are surprisingly reasonable with what you’re getting.  One really nice feature for their VPS packages is that they have two different types of CPUs available, whereas most companies just have one and offer multiple cores.  The server specs are quite nice given the prices and you will be happy with the results.

Dedicated servers are sorted based on where they are physically located.  If you want a server in the Netherlands, for example, you’ll have different options than if you choose one in North America.  In any case, there are quite a few great options here too.  Certain locations, such as the German data center don’t have any really high end servers which you may find disappointing. Overall, however, you will be able to find a great server for a reasonable price in a location where you want it.

The pricing at every level is very reasonable.  The shared hosting starts at just $1 per month, which is quite a bit lower than most other companies have available.  VPS solutions can be had for under $10 per month and that is with some fairly nice specs on your server.  Dedicated servers start out under $50 per month, which is very low.  The server specs aren’t that great, but many people want the control of a dedicated server at a low price, which this will provide.  Dedicated server prices can go up over $300 per month for higher end options.

User Friendly

No Major Problems

This company is pretty easy to work with.  If you speak Russian you will likely be very happy with everything.  They don’t, however, have a native translation of their site into English or other languages so that is something to take into account.  Their site is also a little bit outdated in its style.  Things are easy to find but it would be nice if they gave their page a refresh.  Once you order your hosting package you will find that you can use cPanel and everything should work easily, especially if you already have experience with hosting.

The hosting with this company is really quite good.  Very few people have any complaints about what they get when they sign up.  The hosting is fast, stable and mostly easy to use. They also have a lot of different options so you can always get exactly what you need.  Their site is in Russian so that is something to keep in mind.
