J'ai souscris il y a de cela une année une offre chez sonos pour mon entreprise. Quelques moi après j'ai du la résilier, jusque là tout va bien ! Cependant j'ai continué après résiliation à être facturée du montant total du précédent abonnement + après de multiples relances et une demande de ma part d'écoute des conversations téléphoniques afin de confirmer ma version, plus aucune nouvelle ni mail ni téléphone ! impossible de les joindre. Même si l'offre parait attractive aux premiers abords, je vous conseille d'augmenter votre mensualité à la concurrence mais au moins que vous puissiez disposer d'un SUIVI pour votre entreprise ! Passez votre chemin !!!

Payez un gars pour vous le faire il vous prendra 1000€ minimum. Osef, ionos est un très bon hébérgement, je possède 4 Sites internet, 3 hebergements chez eux, et aucun soucis, je gère tout seul depuis près de 4 ans et aucun soucis, facturé 8€/mois les hébérgement, dont 1 forum. Et facturé 10€ l'anné pour les URL, 30€ année pour les ssl..; que voulez vous de plus, un SSL coute en moyenne 70€ ou plus par an, le tarif est très actractif d'autant plus que l'hébérgement marche très bien dans le monde entier, la vitesse et la même partout. Je possède des boutiques en ligne et des services d'abonnement mais pas , qui passent par ionos, sinon que moi je les ai crée dans mon site et mon forum, donc aucun soucis de captcha ou quoi que ce soit.

Professeur de guitare indépendant j'ai un hébergement chez 1&1 ionos depuis 2016. J'utilise celui-ci pour présenter mon entreprise et pour proposer de rencontrer mes nouveaux clients par le biais d'un formulaire. Tous mon internet conduit à cet hébergement, google maps, bing etc... Je me suis rendu compte le 8 septembre 2021, que l'envoi de formulaires ne fonctionnait plus, car je n'avais aucun nouveaux contacts et que j'étais très inquiet. J'ai contacté leur service d'assistance, qui m’ont appris que c'était depuis le 9 juillet 2021, et qu'il m'avait envoyé UN mail dans ce sens. Sachant qu'il nous spam régulièrement sur leurs produits, les échéance de domaines (3 mails par domaines dans le mois précédent le renouvellement) et autres services, j'ai laissé passer ce seul et unique mail. Ils m'ont aussi répondu qu'ils ne remettrai cette option en route que si j'installai un captcha sur la page. J'ai expliqué que j'étais professeur de guitare et que c'était la rentrée ; ils se sont montré arrogant « revoyez votre code », « sans captcha le service technique ne remettra pas la fonctionnalité ». J'ai donc migré d'urgence chez un concurrent. Résultat de leur actes, j'ai loupé la rentrée et suis au bord de la faillite. J'ai perdu plusieurs milliers d'euros et nous allons devoir avec ma famille nous serrer la ceinture pendant un an. J'ajoute aussi que mon service à 8 euros par mois est passé à plus que 17 suite à l'ajout d'un support au php 7,2 que je n'ai jamais demandé. De plus ma boutique prestachop à cessée de fonctionner depuis un an sans aucune explication. Ils faut dire qu'ils proposent des solutions de boutique payantes... Fuyez !

La surfacturation insidieuse de IONOS est à pointer du doigt. Le renouvellement forcé. Les ajouts de services non demandés (le fameux support php...pour ne citer que lui). IONOS vole de l'argent à ses clients tout en douceur et quand vous demandez des explications parce que vous avez remarqué leur manège, ils ne sont pas très à l'aise. Ce sont des escrocs en puissance à éviter.
J'ai commandé un pack ( nom de domaine+ hébergement l'année dernière avec un deuxième nom de domaine detype ".store" à 7 euro.
Hier, j'ai été très surpris de recevoir une facture de 93 euro avec 85 € pour ce nom de domaine qui a été renouvelé automatiquement sans que je le veux ! Je ne voulais pas du tout renouveler ce nom de domaine que je n' ai jamais utilisé.. et surtout avec ce prix exagéré !!
